The tool splits each rectangular area into strips and panel-length pieces, then nests the longest pieces first into standard panels. Pieces are not rotated. With Auto, both platform directions are compared; Best fit compares all standard sizes for the selected specification by purchased area, then panel count.
Confirm the support and cutting drawing
A material layout is not a support design. Rectangular mesh and pultruded grating require an explicit bearing direction. No allowance is added for cutting kerf, edge clearances, openings or fabrication tolerances. Confirm all of these on the final drawing.
