1.What specifications and sizes can your FRP Grating be made in?
We offer a variety of thicknesses (commonly 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, etc.), different mesh sizes, and load-bearing levels, and support customization of length, width, and shape according to customer requirements.
2.What is the difference between you and other factories
Of course, it’s different — we are the direct manufacturing factory, and most of the factories in your local area source their FRP gratings from us.
That’s why ordering directly from us will be much more cost-effective.
3.How long is the delivery cycle?
Normally 30 working days.
4.Can you provide samples?
We can provide stock samples for free (new molds excluded). For new samples, there is a charge for sample and shipping cost, but the sample charge will be refunded when the order meets MOQ.
5.What is the bearing capacity of FRP Grating?
The load-bearing capacity depends on the thickness, size, and fiberglass content of the grille. We will recommend suitable specifications based on your usage scenario (pedestrian, forklift, or heavy machinery) and provide a load test report.
